Terms of Service
Last updated 23 October 2026These terms apply when you use the FindMyHobby app or website or visit FindMyHobby Club, operated by Bouroju Akshay at 3rd Floor, Plot No. 19, TSSP Battalion Road, Hanuman Nagar, Kondapur, Serilingampally (M), Hyderabad, Telangana 500084. By booking, you agree to them.
Accounts
Sign in with your own Google account and keep it secure. You are responsible for bookings made from your account. We may block accounts that misuse the service.
Bookings
- Slots can be booked for today and the next three days, up to 3 seats per booking.
- Online payments hold your seats for 15 minutes; manual UPI payments for 10 minutes. Unpaid seats are released automatically.
- A booking is confirmed when payment is received, or immediately if you choose to pay at the venue.
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees, inclusive of all charges, before you pay.
At the club
- Show your booking QR code at the front desk. Check-in opens 15 minutes before your slot and closes when it ends.
- Arrive on time; late arrival does not extend the slot.
- Treat staff, other members and equipment with respect. You may be asked to leave, without refund, for unsafe or abusive behaviour.
- Take part in physical activities at your own risk and within your limits; tell the instructor about any health condition.
Tournaments
- Tournaments are skill-based competitions organised by the club. There is no betting or wagering.
- A phone number is needed to register. Entry fees, if any, are collected at the desk.
- The draw is random and made when registration closes. The organiser's decision on results is final.
Cancellations and refunds

Changes to the schedule
We may change or cancel a slot (for example, if an instructor is unavailable). If we cancel, you get a full refund.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for personal belongings left at the venue.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
