Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated 23 October 2026In short: cancel for free up to 2 hours before your slot. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
If you cancel
- 2 hours or more before the slot: cancel in the app (Bookings → your ticket → Cancel slot). You get a full refund.
- Less than 2 hours before, or if you don't show up: no refund.
If we cancel
If the club cancels or reschedules a slot you booked, you get a full refund, whatever the timing.
Payment problems
- If money is deducted but your booking is not confirmed (for example, you paid after the seat-hold time ran out and the slot filled up), the amount is refunded automatically.
- Duplicate or incorrect payments are refunded in full.
Tournaments
Tournament entry fees are collected at the desk on the day. If the club cancels a tournament, any fee you paid is refunded.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are sent to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet) within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit. Cash payments are refunded at the desk or by UPI.
